The Good Little Company first partnered with Mulanje Mission Hospital back in 2015, with support for the mission’s orphan feeding programme. Ensuring all the region’s most vulnerable children are provided with one nutritious meal at school each day.
Since then, the partnership has gone from strength to strength. Our orphan feeding programme has grown to include health care and educational needs of Mulanje’s most vulnerable. We also introduced a sustainable livelihood programme to ensure these children have a career path once living education.
In 2017, we introduced malaria control vector spraying throughout the Mulanje region with the aims of preventing against malaria mortality. By 2019, we had eradiated childhood malaria deaths in the district.
